Cancellation Policy

**Ink 676 Tattoo Studio - Booking Terms and Conditions** **Booking and Deposits:** 1. To secure a tattoo appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking. 2. Deposits can be paid in person at the studio or via electronic payment methods specified by Ink 676. 3. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of the tattoo on the day of the appointment. **Payment:** 4. The full payment for the tattoo is due at the end of the tattoo session. 5. A deposit of $50 needs to be made online before any booking is made after that I will book you in. On the day you come in you bring the rest in cash. **Arrival and Punctuality:** 6. Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. 7. Late arrivals may result in a shortened tattoo session, and the full amount remains payable. **Cancellations:** 8. Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. 9. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, the $50 deposit will be forfeited. 10. Cancellations must be communicated directly to Ink 676 through specified contact methods. **Rescheduling:** 11. Requests to reschedule appointments are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours before the original appointment time. 12. A rescheduled appointment within 48 hours of the original appointment may result in the loss of the $50 deposit. **Refunds:** 13. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. 14. Refunds for completed tattoo sessions will not be issued. **Design Changes:** 15. Minor design changes may be accommodated on the day of the appointment, subject to the artist's discretion and time constraints. **Minors:** 16. Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo from Ink 676. 17. Proof of age may be required, and the studio reserves the right to refuse service to individuals unable to provide satisfactory identification. **Health and Safety:** 18. Clients are expected to disclose any health conditions, allergies, or concerns that may affect the tattooing process. 19. The artist reserves the right to refuse service if there are concerns about the client's health or safety. By booking an appointment with Ink 676, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at the discretion of Ink 676.
